Created in 2004, The Waters Organization is a full service recruiting firm specializing in Administrative, Office Professional and Clerical Accounting staffing at the temporary, temp to hire and direct hire capacity. In addition to staffing, the firm provides testing and assessment services, background checks, PEO/Payroll services, out placement services and consulting.

In July of 2009, The Waters Organization was acquired by Holly Monaghan and Melanie Davis, making the firm a new female-owned business. The two women have a combined 15 years of experience with the firm and 20 years in staffing.

Despite current economic times, the team continues to post exceptional results and the firm has experienced a 300% sales growth under their leadership over the past 2 years.
